Alternatives to power nibbler...

For Al a router with carbide bit and manual Adel nibbler for corners
is pretty fast. For steel, an electric shear (cuts a strip about
3/16 wide so there is some waste) works well. Looks like an electric
drill with a funky cutting head on it. Can cut the corners with a jig saw.
