Buddy of mine has a pa-12, it doesn't stall at 48 mph. And even if it
did stall at 48 mph, 75 mph final is still way to fast. With a 48 mph
stall I'd use 55-58 mph. Go out and see what your plane actually stalls
at. If your owners manual is like mine the stall speed is listed as a
calibrated airspeed. You're not reading CAS on your airspeed indicator.
