One option might be to find a replacement locking auto cap that fits, use that when your plane is tied down, and
then put the stock caps on for flight. The only purpose for the locks is to keep vandals and thieves out of your
tanks when you aren't there. Of course, a locking gas cap does not stop someone from using the quick drains.

There is no such thing.

Piper will be happy to sell you a locking cap for around $700+ (if
they have it in stock), but that is the only option. No one else has
an STC or PMA on that part.
