Certificates issued in 2003 have centennial of flight graphics. Neither you
nor I know what ones issued in 2004 or later will be like.


I don't think that having the Wrights on a pilot certificate makes the
graphics "Centennial of Flight" graphics. There is no reason that I see
as to why the FAA would need or even desire to change the certificate in
future years; for example, there is no reference to the "Centennial of
Flight" anywhere on the 2003 certificate, and it looks to me that the
Wright Flyer shares space on the certificate with a jet airliner.
