No, I wasn't aware of that.

How did Jesse and Richie explain this one to their constituents? It would
seem that vocational training would be a way up and out of the ghetto for
kids who weren't on the college track?

Isn't this kind of school PRECISELY what the Democrats are always
advocating? Or are they still under the mistaken notion that EVERYONE can
go to college, if only we pour enough money on the problem?
