if you would have to choose, which pilot (or aviation related) magazine
would you choose? Flying? Plane & Pilot? Prite Pilot? Or any other? Or do
you think subscribing to a mag is completely nonsense?

When I began training, I subscribed to AOPA Pilot, Flying, and Private
Pilot. I didn't renew Private Pilot, and I dropped Flying after the
second year. Now AOPA Pilot is the only magazine that comes in the
mail, and I confess I don't read even that from cover to cover.
