Approximately 310 hours, 43 actual IMC, all in a C172 SP. Much of this
time was accrued flying Angel Flight missions in the Northeast US and,
like you, most were over 200 NM from the home airport.

Longest flight was from Syracuse, NY to Hickory, NC (about 5 1/2 hours
including a refuel stop), then back home again later that day.
