The Las Vegas Executive Terminal is a good place to meet. It is on the
strip side of the field, behind MGM. They have a landing fee, but it is
waived with gas purchase. But gas is expensive ($3.80/gal). So they get
your money one way or another. The Executive Terminal also has a shuttle
that will run you around and a little deli.
