Now that can't be right...
If the prop is 13.25 miles in diameter, the tip distance traveled is
41.6 miles per revolution. Mach at 13.25 miles altitude is 662 mph.
So you can only do a max of 16 revolutions per hour, or .26 RPM, and
keep the tips under mach, assuming no forward air speed.
(Is 330-335 what the original flyer was running?)
