I believe that was NBC. The truck would not blow up when rammed from the
side so they attached fireworks to make sure that they got a nice
explosion.
Then they ran a show on how dangerous the truck was. This was one of those
rare cases where the manufacturer successfully sued for defamation.

You sure? I thought it was a part of "60 Minutes".
