185 on wheels is tail wheel configuration;182 is nosewheel
185 usually has 300hp & three bladed prop;182 is 230hp&two blades
185 has a straight tail;
182 since about 1962 models have wider fuselage, and swept tail

there are other differences too.
my 182L is worth about $75k; similarly well-equipped 185 would be $150K.

180 is the narrow fuselage, straight-tail 182 on conventional gear.
