Wow -- that's all on ONE disk?

Or doesn't an iPod use disks?

The iPod has a single hard disk. You plug in into your computer and use
iTunes to copy tunes onto it.

Wrong. "RAM" type memory.

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried:

http://www.apple.com/ipod/specs.html

First thing under "capacity":

Capacity
- 4GB, 15GB, 20GB or 40GB hard disk drive
- Holds 1,000, 3,700, 5,000 or 10,000 songs in 128-Kbps AAC format
- Stores data via FireWire or USB 2.0 hard drive

That took me all of 10 seconds to research.
