Or you could always upgrade to the GPSMAP 196! It is an awsome piece
of equipment. I recently upgraded my GPS Pilot III for the 196 and I
am very impressed. But thanks to this thread, I learned about the
altitude recording feature. Using OziExplorer, you can view the
profile of the track, very nice. And now I realized I can use
OziExplorer to print a sectional with the track overlaid and give it
to passengers after the flight. Thanks for all the info in this
thread!

If your passengers are not pilots they may prefer the track overlaid to a
civil map. My favorite source is
http://tiger.census.gov/cgi-bin/mapbrowse-tbl because it's very flexible
about what features you may want to show up. (A tip though: to get an image
bigger than 422x359, click on "download GIF image", then manually change the
URL parameters at the end of the URL from "ht=359&iwd=422" to whatever you
want, and hit enter).
