The only torque chart that I'm ever able to find is
one for AN bolts/nuts. Since these are aluminum fittings, I don't dare
torque them to the same values.

This is such basic information, I don't know why anyone needs to ask stuff
like this.

Everyone knows, you tighten it until it strips, then back off 1/4 turn.
