NextFest Inventor Paul Moller has pulled off an astonishing
achievement.

The only astonishing achievement Paul Moller has pulled off is continuing to
fool a gullible press for more than thirty years. His car has never flown
out of ground effect and never will. That doesn't keep him from spending
millions of dollars of other peoples' money, though.
