encoding (Tools/Options/Send/International Settings), either KOI-8 or
Win-1251 in order for it show up properly, but changing it will also default
your e-mail encoding to that and will annoy the heck out of your
non-russian recepients by notifying them of non-english encoding every time
they open your e-mail.

Just go to Format-Encoding and chose either Cyrillic (KOI8-R) or Cyrillic
(Windows) when composing your message. Unicode will work for most people too.
