I don't have my Vancouver Map handy but that should be the
military control zone (Class D) for CFB Comox. Very low military
traffic and a great bunch in their ATC facility. Should be no
problem but you can always check with them first while flight
planning. If you enter through Victoria you can verify with the
local FBO as to current local procedures. Haven't flown there
lately but lots of friends out there and they have no problems.

I dunno your chances of getting through though I'd speculate
