Of course, this is not the first time that Kerry and associates have been
forging documents, is it? There was that little scam on Western Union during
the war, where friends and relatives of servicemen in Vietnam would get
telegrams beginning, "We regret to inform you that...." Nasty little trick,
that, but Kerry would probably just as soon that no one was reminded of it.
