No frost yet here
in Boise.

We've had an extraordinarily abrupt fall here in Iowa.

I literally went from wearing shorts to wearing a winter coat, overnight.
We're finally closing the pool down today at the inn -- which gives you some
idea of the abruptness of the change!

However, we've had an absolutely awesome Summer and Fall for flying.
Whenever one of those huge storms would roll into Florida (and then, up the
eastern seaboard) the air around here would become crystal clear, with blue
skies and light winds.
