I saw a message here the other night from someone with the Fear of
Flying... can't find it now... but if "you" see this... I too had a
problem with flying, especially long flights. Anyways I found some
help at this free forum (Taking Flight). Good info from others who
have FOF, and there are experts including an active Airline Captain!

Best thing is it is free. I searched the web, and there was nothing
