There's an interesting way that some institutions deal with this.
Ecample: Harvard Bsuiness School's MBA programs.
Courses (I can't confirm all) are Pass/Fail.
No literal grade. You make the grade or not.
I went to a different institution and had very high grades.
My high school buddy/best man/best friend went
to Harvard (say what you will . . .) and is making incredible
money with incredible opportunities.
