Not sure just what a blog is nor a webblog is. My web site of nearly
3,000,000 words is about flying VFR and IFR. Is it a blog?

This is rather like the question of whether flying about at random and
landing at an airport involves navigation.

It doesn't *sound* like a web-log, which is generally something like a
diary or soapbox. But if you want to call it a blog, go right ahead.
Blogs have certainly changed a lot in the past year, especially when
it comes to political blogs.
