I think the three "clarifications" posted by the TSA amount to a
significant
rewrite of the rule. It's kinda hard to comment on the result. Does anyone
want to try to mark up the text to reflect what it actually says now?

I'm not complaining about the proliferation of "comments" on the docket,
since that is about the only means of providing public comment on this rule.
But it must be said that there are so many comments on the docket that it is
somewhat difficult to locate any clarifications. Do you have the specific
document numbers where the clarifications are posted. I hesitate to ask,
because you have done so much already to make this rule accessible to us,
but if I could just have this one last favor...
