I recently read an article which discussed Va. It spoke of how the idea
of
Va as we pilots understand it - that we cannot break anything with control
movements if below Va - is incomplete, in that it doesn't take into
account
multiple controls, multiple control movements, and the like.

But I cannot relocate the article!

Does anyone else remember it, and where it may be found?
