employer. They
counted twice for the minority statistics of the Affirmative Action
program.

It is not unheard of to hire a high point minority and have them sit at a
desk doing nothing for 8 hours a day just to make the EEOC numbers look
good. The ultimate is a handicapped minority frmale.
