I recall in a previous thread that he was an Indian currently working in
Dubai. Consisting of a population of nearly 80% foreigners, Dubai is best
known in the middle east for oil, industry and shopping, rather than islamic
fundementalism and terrorist incubation.

school. In Dubai. That's in the United Arab Emirates. It's possible that
