A search on ABE
www.abebooks.com
shows many copies of Mr. Francis's
book. I don't know if the paperback contains the genealogy (a
paperback by nature doesn't have endpapers) but I'm pretty sure it's
in there somewhere. Any hardcover edition would have it.
If the genealogy is available as a poster, that's a better bet. It's
obviously reduced for the book (say 9x12 inches). And the book is more
of a curiosity piece than a valuable reference.

Looks like it's out of print but there are some interesting resources from ISU
Press, which is now Blackwell.
