Ok, now here's a good one.... Freezing drizzle advisory this morning
changing to rain in the afternoon with warmer (35F) temps. So most of the
area's schools were 2 hours delayed. Township roads were pretty slippery,
County and state roads were fine. So what does our local school do????
No
delay, send the busses out this morning on the ice THEN declare they will
cancel school... When??? at 1pm!!! Just so they can call it a full day
towards their 180 school days. And what's the weather now at 2:45?? 35
degrees and rain, roads are clear... un freakin real.

They did that here, too. They cancelled school at 2PM (one hour early),
causing untold grief for thousands of parents.

What's the weather? It's 36 degree here, and raining. That's RAINING.
It's predicted to freeze later tonight.

At first I thought the school district was being overly cautious. I now
realize they are merely lazy, stupid idiots.
