That would take a casual user of Excel about 15 minutes to set up. Why not
spend your time doing that instead of googling?

Some of us were keeping logs in spreadsheets back to the early 80's (some
probably earlier). I did my first log book in dBase shortly after I started
flying in 1984. It's now in Access and has some right snazzy entry screens
and reports. The tables link to the aircraft log information database.
