Garmin has a download called flightlog. You can export it to excel and it
will create your sheet for you.

You're correct. I do in fact have one that I created a few years ago that
I've been using. I have the totals, and charts, etc., however, evidently,
I'm too casual a user, as I don't know how to manipulate dates, and do the
date currency portion of the log book. I realize that I could go buy a
book,
or such, but I was hoping that some kind soul could forward me a copy of
their spreadsheet, so that I could learn from it.
