The main concern is if you lose an engine on takeoff and having a
clear area to land until you have some altitude. Also depending on the
size of the helicopter, what debris it may toss due to its downwash.
Unless it is a big truck parked next to the helicopter, most vehicle's
will not affect a helicopter. Being in a vehicle, you may be rocked a
little due to the "wind".

I was just wondering whether there are laws regarding how closer or
far active traffic must be from an in-use helipad, and if not, how
close a vehicle would have to be to a moving helicopter to either a)
be affected, or b) affect the helicopter.
