WHen it comes to religion and Christianity, maybe you'd better read up
on some of the history first. Some of the most horrible atrocities
that any man can do to another happened under the supervision of
priests. They, of course, were exempt from their own judgment
methods. How far could you walk with red hot iron in your hands,
knowing you're going to die if you drop it? Brilliant scientists,
Galileo being one prime example, were arrested for making discoveries
that were NOT in the BIble, and therefore must be false. He only
spent his last ten years under house arrest, ordered by the church.
Copericus did not publish his work until he was on his death bed, for
the same reasons. Kepler was chased from country to country because
of his work. All in the name of Good Christians. Maybe you'd better
find some other ground to stand on to look down at the rest of us.
