If you think that a "resistance" movement carrying pistols and hunting rifles
could stop a dictatorship having the most powerful armed force on the planet,
you are deluding yourself.

You may be deluding yourself with such a myopic viewpoint.

There have been many "resistance" movements that have
given the most powerful armies on earth a run for their money.
Here's but a few....

American Revolutionary War.
War of 1812.
Korean War.
Vietnam.
Russian failure in Afghanistan.
U.S. quagmire in Afghanistan.
U.S.quagmire in Iraq.

Don't believe the US has won anything in either
Afghanistan or Iraq. Neither are secure and the
jury is still out and may be for decades.

From my vantage point....
It's a test of wills, not weapons.
