It gives you a very good introduction to the mechanics of flight, the forces
involved - what the instruments do, and getting everything tied together for
the "big picture", however nothing compares to actually being bounced around
with the real life control of the physics in YOUR hands and NO pause key!!
FS98 will do GREAT for the fundamentals, and if you want to kick it up a
notch or two in realism (assuming your PC will handle it!), get FS-2004 -
the prices are near give away lately!!
