ILEC SN10 log files do contain track information, but at .5Hz only.

I am looking for NMEA-logfiles from real soaring flights with original
1 Hz NMEA output, being interested in the coordinates, track and
ground speed. IGC-files are not sufficient because calculating track /
speed as well interpolating track / speed / coordinates out from a
0.25 Hz IGC-file results in lower precision.

I don't think that what you are looking for is going to be available.
While the NMEA data stream may be at 1Hz, and a logger may be set to
record at 1Hz, the logger will not record the track and GS data you
want.

I have lots of 0.5 hz data but it's position and altitude only.
