The stuff is called 'strip brush' or 'channel back
brush' and is available from a variety of industrial
supply outlets. Of course, finding exact replacements
can be problematic, especially if you don't want to
buy a 100-foot reel of the stuff.

One place to start is the McMaster-Carr catalog. A
search shows several strip brush products. Unfortunately,
none are 3/4' wide:
