I first saw this in SeeYou when I loaded the log file from a recent
x/c from El Tiro to El Paso. I wrote to the good folks at SeeYou
about it and found out that it's because I did not make the waypoints
in the task according to the default observation zone rules.
When I went to Edit | Task Declaration and modified the observation
zones to be large enough to get credit for the waypoints, it "fixed"
the problem and gave me a speed based on the entire (modified) task.
I had some learning curve issues with SeeYou but I'm starting to like
it ...

I see this occasionally when reviewing tasks, I have
not found an explanation in the SeeYou manual as to
what this means. Can someone explain this for me?
