LX unit itself, what does running WinPilot or other PDA based program
give you? (Besides color moving map).

"Belt and suspenders" as we say in French...
It's usefull sometimes to have one unit with a turn point / col / airfield
as the goto point, and another having a field as the goto point.
I use that method very often.
Plus, the Winpilot PDA brings color moving map + portable system to upload /
downloaf flights.

I haven't used a LX5000 yet, but I guess I'll be using both the LX and
Winpilot. Which means I can do without the Volkslogger now...
Anyone looking for a second-hand VL ?
