Well in the UK,

DG 300 : Sutton bank, Crown Service (Lasham based)

Junior : Booker, Hus Bos, Aboyne, Portmoak, Talgarth

And that's only the ones I'm aware of at the big(and
maybe one or two smaller) clubs.
