Percent of what? What does this mean?

It means they only find about that % of spyware what with all the new
stuff showing up on a regular basis.

It MS program also seems to work well and is free..

Basically, load, install, and run 'em all.

BTW, if you newsreader opens links it can pick up cookies from them
..depending on where they go.
