Any (good) books on Citation I/II systems and/or how to fly it? Anyone
selling the 'manual'? Any other recommendations appreciated.

Since (at least I learned) a lot of the TR is about the FMS, may be you
benefit from downloading a simulator for the Honeywell GNS-XLS from
http://www.bendixking.com/static/simulators/ (including workbook and
manual).
