I just got an email from Andrej Kolar of SeeYou that the Mobile 2.3
upgrade registration problem is fixed by the new version on the SeeYou
website.

Here's some of the email:

we are at the Aero fair in Germany.

Can you please post to R.A.S that the version with today's date
solves the problem? It was an unfortunate mistake and we solved it
from here. Noone needs to pay for Mobile yet. We are unable to post
to RAS from here.
