I purchased one from Sporty's about 3 months ago. I haven't had an
opportunity to use it while airborn, but use it for ATIS, getting my IFR
clearance, etc.

My biggest complaint is that there is no battery status indicator. It
only shows a Low-Battery indicator when, you guessed it, the battery is
low. How stupid is that??? Maybe I'm just missing a setting somewhere,
but it drives me nuts.

I'm making a longer trip this weekend and plan to fool around with the
VOR capability. We'll see how it goes.
