Actually it will be cycling over an arc of 15º - 20º lateral loads won't
exceed 20 pounds total over a 4 inch length. Longitudinal load is
essentially zero. Cyclic rate won't exceed 5 cycles per second.


Make sure the Aluminum is very smooth. I wouldn't lubricate it at all. I
think you'll find the nylon lives longer than the aluminum that it rides on.
