If this is for a single airplane on a private strip, why would you want a
T-hangar? Wouldn't a plain rectangular structure be simpler (and provide
the advantage of extra storage space inside)? A number of outfits sell
pre-fab metal structures of sizes (e.g. 40' X 40') suitable for a hangar for
a 182. That's got to be a lot easier than disassembling an existing
structure.
