No, I was third owner but it only had 35 hours on it.

Apparently the original buy was during on of those Maule "sales"
(inventory clearance). The original bill of sale was for $59K. They
just put it in a hangar and sat on it for a year. Then sold to a guy
Delaware who put some equipment in it but didn't fly it either. Then he
listed in Trade-a-Plane - and I was ready. Next day air delivery of TAP
allowed me to get a jump on my little jewel. It was one of those good
deals that you just had to be first on.

So here I sit trying to figure out how to keep paint on it.
