Neither. Your aircraft heading is not an issue. It is the geographical
segment you are in, in relation to the airport. If your aircraft is within
the arc from 320° to 152° from the airport, you use 123.75. If you are
within the arc from 153° to 319° from the airport, you use 119.9. You can
roll into a bank and do 360° turns and not have to change frequencies while
turning.
