I'm looking to purchase or possibly build an airplane that

- Is amphibious, based at an airport with day trips to salt water
- Can carry 2 or 3 long surfboards 10ftx2ft
- 1,000 usable load after fuel
- feasible for a low-time pilot to transition to

Anyone out there know of an aircraft well suited for this?
