If you're near NC, there are some demos set up for August:

I atteneded one of the demos and got a free demonstration flight. There was
nexrad, METARS and TAFs, traffic. The equipment was MX20 display and Garmin
GDL-something. The weather feed comes from WSI and there is no subscription
charge for ads-b users.
Steve Meritt(sp?) is the coordinator for NCDOT.
