I have filed many of times with multiple plans at once. This was the
first time it had ever happened to me and thought it was strange that
someone had posted with the same problem. When I plan a multiple leg
flight with fuel stops, I place in there atleast a 30 min window for
fuel and whatever else may pop up. I don't use the Cirrus software. I
just do everything direct on DUATS. Once I get all my flight plans
in, I then go to the main menu and have it display all flight plans
for the plane. It will then bring up a screen of all plans that have
been filed so I know that they took. I then print that sheet off.
Something happend between DUATS and the FAA. But, like I said, this
was the first time and it was really no big deal to refile, since I
did have the sheet with the original plans, I just read it back to
them.
